They charge as per their own will. 2 - Then they show a fake profile which features or trait that a client dream of, example - a very beautiful girl, with high education and very sound family background and location will be also nearby. 3- After seeing this client make the payment upfront, then after 1 or 2 weeks, employee from rishtasite call the client and tell him that girl (which actually never existed ) has rejected him. 4 - Then every month they show only 1 girl, that too who is not matching guy's preference and when service of 4 or 5 months is about to expire, then again they ask for renewal and paying again. I personally have worked there as manager for more than 1 year, if you have any other doubt then I can tell name of each and every employee or even the smallest detail which you would like to know. I request you to bot become prey of them. I have already informed embassy and panjab radio about this.

This was the terrible company in whole Carrer. I have started my work as an sales executive, at the time of interview they offered me a good salary package so I have joined but did not provide me offer later according to their policy they provide offer latter after the six months. But due to good salary I have joined. The vice president of the company shify shrivastava start is also trainer here who has doesn't have any idea how to give training. She was one of the most arrogant and proud lady because of her post and her son raghav Shrivastava is the senior h.r. of the company whose even don't know about the work profile of the company neither he don't know how to take interviews, he is working as an h.r. because of his mother, when I started my work I have earned some incentives but they didn't give me. In this company whenever you earn incentives they will say that you have done some missellings so you are not eligible for incentives and they will penalized you as well. Whenever you will come office late even two one minutes H.R. will send the warning latter on your email I'd. If you are looking a good company in which you can secure your future so never ever joined this organization. They have limited staff in the company and only those person are work their who have good relationship with h.r. raghav shrivastava, he is the only person who has good salary package without any talant because of his mother shift shrivastava.

Letting me know about a job for sales advisor and customer service they told me first we will give you are dozier letter and they told me once l will clear the training period which is for one week I will get the letter of intent and after clearing the probation period of four months I will be given offer letter but it did not happen like that I work there for 15 days and they gave me a script of renewal and sales and think that I can crack all customers mindset with that script and I told us to learn it by hard, and I did it actually but still the HR saw that I can speak good English and I can write it as well so they had a creepy mindset about me. After 15 days, they dropped me a mail that we can't continue with you because I have discipline issue. My mother was in the hospital for five days, and I took a leave for one day only to take care of her, because no one was there to take care of her at that time, and recently got infected by eye flu and the CT of the company named Shiffy Srivastava, told me on Google Meet, that if you have that kind of problem, you need to be at home, you don't need to come have rest so the next day I took a leave. I called HR Piyush, letting him know about the last day at what the CTO told me and he told me that I will get back to you once I will confirm it to the CTO, but he did not call me back and in the evening they dropped me a mail letting me know about that we have revoked your offer and I call them. HR policies are rubbish, the HR name, Raghav and Piyush they both are illiterate person. They don't know how to work. They just make nonsense policies about the company and they want us to follow it. They don't know how the HR policies works. They don't know how the HR works. They just have some kind of a fantasy in their mind about running this entire scam They are working in a soap disc very congested area and they call themselves an international company which is exactly it's not the owner name Karan who lives in Canada. I don't know exactly what is going on in this office. The recruiter HR are just 12th pass. They don't know proper English or Hindi shiffy Srivastava She thinks she is the smartest person on the planet and actually she is because she has a honey trap in which they take the money off investors and use them in misguiding them that we are actually working and actually they are not. This company is a matrimonial company and hardly that company have like 200 clients and they are running in at least 5 to 6 countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK and India in which they have a power to take membership amount which is 45,000 for five months for 20 matches They are free to hold customer profile for 7 to 8 months. They miss selling to the customer. Tell them that we have a lot of matches for your preferences. But actually they are not most of the clients are off-line. Most of the clients are whose membership has expired. Most of the clients are who don't want their profile to be shared anymore but still they are using it, so whoever is searching a job in rishta site.com it is a big no no that don't come in this company
