Likes

Management is polite, all are co operative staff, work environment is also good. Company policies are good, they give average salary. Hence, there is little growth opportunities.

Dislikes

They give Increment is not much according to our skills and bonus is also not good. Career growth is very slow.

Likes

The working experience in RIshi Shipping was good. Environment is also friendly and staff also. The another thing is my colleagues is supportive and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The increment system is not so good. An employee is not get enough that they deserve according to their work. There is no on job training for freshers. Even there is no evolution also. There is one type of prejudice.

Rishi shipping is a company where uh can learn a lot....large scale work so uh can gain knowledge upto high level....

Dislikes

There are people that never want ur rise, there people are not worried about their work they always try to peep into that what are you doing .......company is good but the employeess there not good....

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
