Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

MD is supportive and practical hence it becomes easier to deal with. But due to internal extreme level of politics, few times circumstances are as if despite of knowing he has to remain silent. Finally work has to be done by Team.

Due to politics, situations are planted and confusion are created leading to wrong judgements. All these done to acquire commercial decision making power. Hence either be part of corruption or be ready for job change.
