..., So their mindset is very limited. Even they dont appreciate their downline. 2. Salary is too low as compare to education. 3. No proper appraisals.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts technology. I am glad to be a part of the team. We work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

... I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Working hours 10 hours daily with pressure ,politics, No balance work life. Salary problem,increment 1000 , 700 1500 as per year. Very low salary Range

Job security is well enough but you won't be happy.

...anagement. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules. No perks for the employees even not company sponsored mediclaim for safety and security.

Work culture and guidance received from the colleagues are excellent, which always give you a positive environment to develop your skills.

Salary hikes are not so good as expected according to current market scenario.
