Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They have established a notion that the one who work late is most talented and deserving.My out time is 5:30 and i have to think twice even while leaving at 7pm. Managers tend to rate their juniors depending on work hours and not on performance.

Job security is well enough but you won't be happy.

Dislikes

...anagement. In Sales, employees do not stay longer than 1 or 2 years averagely.. because of culture and low salaries. Very strict rules. No perks for the employees even not company sponsored mediclaim for safety and security.
