Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Seniors are good and very supportive i will never forget their support and suggestions.

Dislikes

This is a fraud company they hire employees and complete their assignments and after these when comes the salary time they don't pay them and fire them or terminate their employment without any specific reason. And again they hire new employees to cheat them.

...chub Company for over a year now, and overall, I have had a positive experience. In the past, there was an issue with salary that caused some concern among employees. However, I'm happy to report that this issue has since been resolved, and the company has been proactive in ensuring that all employees are compensated fairly. Aside from this, I have found that the work-life balance at Riser Techub is very good. ...y for some time now and I must say that my overall experience has been positive. The company had a problem with salary in the past, but it has been resolved now, and I appreciate the company's efforts to make sure that their employees are paid fairly. I also find the work-life balance at Riser Techub to be very good. The company values its employees and provides the necessary support to ensure that we have a healthy work-life balance.

I have worked with the company for 2 yrs my salary was delayed for some days reason being because of the separation of clients/partners but later on when things are getting normal in that company I got my salary....the company is still their it's not shutdown. Don't believe in such kind of rumours or any negative reviews, people are working day night here.

Nothing is good here, everything is worst. They didn't pay salary from last august 2022. Pf is cut from the salary but not add in pf account.
