Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing is good here, everything is worst. They didn't pay salary from last august 2022. Pf is cut from the salary but not add in pf account.

This company is ford and not paid salary. Hr shruti is very bad behavior and main owner prince agrwal very bad and this person not paid salary. Account department Niraj very bad behavior. Mainly this company ford and not paid salary.

Seniors are good and very supportive i will never forget their support and suggestions.

Dislikes

This is a fraud company they hire employees and complete their assignments and after these when comes the salary time they don't pay them and fire them or terminate their employment without any specific reason. And again they hire new employees to cheat them.

...chub Company for over a year now, and overall, I have had a positive experience. In the past, there was an issue with salary that caused some concern among employees. However, I'm happy to report that this issue has since been resolved, and the company has been proactive in ensuring that all employees are compensated fairly. Aside from this, I have found that the work-life balance at Riser Techub is very good. The company places a strong emphasis on the well-being of its employees, and provides ample support to ensure that we are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This is something that I greatly appreciate, as it allows me to focus on my work without feeling burnt out or overwhelmed. ...y for some time now and I must say that my overall experience has been positive. The company had a problem with salary in the past, but it has been resolved now, and I appreciate the company's efforts to make sure that their employees are paid fairly. I also find the work-life balance at Riser Techub to be very good. The company values its employees and provides the necessary support to ensure that we have a healthy work-life balance.
