Work environment is good, colleague are friendly. Also higher management are well connected to the developers. As fare I know there is no blame game between our team. Everyone recognized you and your works. In the lock-down period HR arrange few events for funs, those was awesome for developer like me. The best part is our company owners are well-skilled for their business, his speech and dynamic decision motivate me to be more dedicated for the company.

...should not take any decision that create a negative impact on the employee mind. Also should offer the compensation and benefits that an employee deserved, not by negotiating with employee.

...elpful. The company has a clear vision and realistic plan to get reach the goal. Another good part of the company is the salaries are paid on time and the appraisals are happening once in a year.
