Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Please don't join this organisation ,if you really serious about your career,not proper management,not giving salary on time,...i resigned on 26 Nov 2020 but still he is not giving my salary,Ajay Prasad founder of this organisation blocked me on watsup,call,not responding to call ,not responding to email...I am posting this review because of such kind of bad behaviour of this CEO of organization...today 4 month gone he not given salary of 1 month..... please please don't join this organisation
