Nothing to likes , worst ever company mgmt. Mgmt. was ruin my life@ RIR power service tenure ( 19 years) .No visionary , incapable mgmt. Engineering staff are all freshers having no knowledge of even semiconductor basics. Call upon anytime and fired anytime without giving any information/ reason . We fired atleast 10 persons who served over 15 to 30 years @RIR without giving any information and very same day fired by giving childish reason that company didn't need more service from you without giving any service benefits.

Dislikes

There is no such technical staff over there who really know the semiconductor tactics, they totally failed at the manufacturing of SIC ( silicone carbide) as the name of VISICON run by RIR mgmt. But failed in two years in SiC mfg. Recent VISicon merged into RIR and trying to run at ODISHA by taking odisha govt. Subsidy but there is no such future . Big ZERO future @RIR power.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
