(Lot of pressure and politics and Selfishness). 3- There is no job security. 4- There is no work life balance (you may have to work on sat and sun) 5- Apprisal

I really enjoy working in RipenApps Technologies. The work environment is friendly and everyone's ideas are respected. The leaders are easy to talk and they focus on keeping things transparent and positive. I also like how the company help me to grow my skills at my initial stage. As, I am working on in-house project, based on mobile app development, and it gave me the chance to enhance my skill, which makes it my work exciting.
