...ack to home. A lot of pressure to complete their work. There is no job security.they will deduct your salary if no signoff came at time.you can not take more than 3 leave witin month.

Like the seniors are helping in nature they helped you out if you stuck somewhere and the managers also good but some time because of work rush the work load can exceed.

Job security, this is the fear, but if you are good to work then safe also. And the rest ok ok nothing to more fear not dislike..

I have been working here for almost a year now, I would like to thanks the management for choosing me to be a part of this organization. I can proudly say that it is one of the best companies that I have ever worked with, who continues to learn & grow. The management is very supportive, understanding, professional and knowledgeable. The best part of this organization is that they are willing to help each employee of their organization to learn and grow by giving them the opportunity to explore in the technology they want to explore & learn and also providing them proper guidance by assigning a mentor to them. This organization is a great platform for those who are willing to shape their future as they have always dream off. Indeed it's a best place where you can make best of your skills and surround yourself with smart, hardworking and humble professionals.

I am very much impressed with very healthy work-life balance at RipenApps. The colleagues here are very supportive and professional. Especially when it comes to job security, the company is extremely helpful.

Just like every employee needs a well maintained culture in organization, I appreciate the working culture RipenApps have maintained in their journey. Here is what I have analyzed: 1. Senior level authorities help you out whenever you lack somewhere while handling a project. 2. You get chance to interact and learn from the top management authorities who constantly motivates you to realize your potential. 3. A respectable and mature working culture is highly maintained in the company. 4. New and innovative working approaches are highly welcomed by the managers. 5. Flexible working environment. These are few pointers I have analyzed working at RipenApps in span of two years and I am more than happy to contribute, learn and grow in the environment.

Dislikes

When deadlines reach, one has to give more hours but I do not consider it as a negative point. If you complete your to do tasks efficiently, you wont face any burden.
