Rinali ma'am had been a mother to me. Very supportive and pushing one to grow more and more. Teaching new skills & building self confidence so that one may take major decision according to the profile they handle. Celebrations almost all the festivals and occasions, surprising staff with gifts and loving each and every employee the same. It's always fun to be a part of Rinwera designs. I love her to the moon and back. A mother, a sister and a friend, who is caring, pampering, lovable, fun and highly supportive.......

Dislikes

There's nothing disliking about working with this lady. Obviously there are ups and downs when the work gets messed up and she has to scold people to get better in their work, to which I feel is needed.
