Flexibility in work life balance, Good compensation structure, easy adaptability in tech, great work culture, employee friendly, work pressure is bit above normal but it provides good opportunities for advancement, good hr and management team that resolves issues at great speed which is a plus in any role or domain, overall great company with talented resources to work with.

Improvements in tax planning options needs to be added, Holidays and vacation plans can be improved, More structured hierarchy could prove more beneficial for the company.

To be honest, in my view there is no major Cons. Holiday plans can be improved and Team outing is also beneficial for team bonding.
