Company transfer me another company at lower Salary 12%. While we have a home loan , and I have to pay 15000/- EMI. I have to manage my family At 12000/- only we have 2 kids also.

Dislikes

Senior not giving the learning exposure and not motivating , even not a single pat on my back till 10 years.

It's a good company Good working Environment Good Management My most enjoyable part when i over achieve my target. Candidate training is so good which given by the company to candidate Friendly environment in company for new candidates

I gave my 10 years in this company and they have fired me in a second due to covid 19 and not gave any compensation or benefits amount I won skill contest in 2017 on national level and make company proud still they fired me like this. they are not thinking about their employee at all they just need work and their benefit that's it.

Dislikes

They are charging extra from customer which is not good at all and they are not thinking about customer feelings and they are selling default car parts to their customers which is not acceptable at all. And they don't have any manor to talk with their seniors and juniors and they are treating they employees like a labour only that's it.
