New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Hii all, I'm one of the past employee in Rinex Technology. They will use as much as possible and they will not give the salary properly. They did not pay the salary for me till now and my co colleagues also.They make us to do false hopes and promises to the students in the work,I really felt so bad for doing this statement to students. They didn't maintain proper timing and make us to work till 10 and also they didn't consider the situation of girl at that time.Basic need for working is getting salary, I made lot of efforts for getting my salary, they didn't even consider the employee situation after getting the possible work from them. There is no any benefits for the employee. I suffered a lot working in that company. Though considering all your future, please I request you all not to join in that company🙏🙏🙏🙏. Hereby my words are true to myself and I also suffered a lot working in that company ,I'm Sharing my review because I faced struggles and here after no one should.
