Rinalytics has a good working environment. Since, it is not a large organisation, the question of politics does not arise. It is an excellent platform for beginners and especially candidates who wish to built there career around analytics recruitment. It is a self-funded start-up which is being well managed by the Co-founder. However, the decisions are all vested and taken by the co-founder himself. Even though the company operates under tremendous market pressures of surviving in the recruitment space, the salaries are credited on time, however, performance incentive is something that the management fails on delivering. I would recommend the place for freshers
