... years to the organization and set the preschool section from roots to wings And one fine day I was told that the management is in loss and can’t afford my salary I was given a days notice to windup and handover. Too much of politics And heights of job in security

I have not worked in many Schools but RIMS has been the best school in my life. I have achieved a lot from RIMS

The only issue is Salary. Teachers are paid for less than they deserve. It happened with me too.

The working environment in the school is incredibly amazing. The relationship between the staff and management is on mutual understanding and a soothing one. One can fearlessly express their thoughts.

The top management dont trust the employees working in various departments. Top management will always keep the core decision making within its fist by not allowing the experts from various department to take their own call.
