Construction work is dependent on site engineer/in charge .and where a engineer is select he will responsible for all of his site work.boss Shri Vijay Kumar Garg always give full permission for good work and free up mind. And company will give a independent site to each of engineer. And all management will deal your self like as Director reporting,indent ,bill and planning etc.
