Yaha na joining letter dete , na pf , Hr tak nhi rakha hai bs ek budhe se salary banwate.hr policy ke according yaha kuch nhi chalta .Purchase ke director niyant goel ko baat krne ki tameez Tak nhi hai . Usko Bina mehnat ye sb mila hai isliye wo employees ko apna naukar samjhta hai.

BRG iron and steel Pvt Ltd is a platform to learn new things...here you can experiment lot of things and work pressure is not at all but no career growth and job security. Here 2 years of training period! Terrible...means no career growth in 2 years... after that no guarantee of job security... Personally I lost my job in this covid 19 situation...
