Management culture need to improve.

1.saturday weekly off without wages. 2.buses not available, now increased 3buses but 1000rs paid. 3.vice president using bad words,frequently in all the managers and GM, there is no respect to staff. 4.so much meetings conducted without any gap, so there is no time for shopfloor present and system work updation. 5.morning break fast not available. 6.lunch food quality is very poor. 7.
