Work environment was good. Great team to work with. Helpful seniors and boss. No late sittings after a specific time. Good place to work with.

Dislikes

Salary was not the key of motivation. Lateron Confusions at work. Initially work handled by team of 11 people was done only by 3 people . Unnecessary workload. No proper management.

Many job portals were available to work. It helps a lot. Set individual targets by own, not much pressure.

Dislikes

Founder/owner does not trust employees. In time must perfect if 1 minute late then half day salary cut. Out time must 30-45 minutes after completion of office hours.

Likes

1. The orgnaisation appreciated employees' efforts & Achievements, fostering a sense of recognition and validation. Recognizing employee's contribution helps maintain motivation and moral which leads to overall work satisfaction. 2. Work-Life balance - with a 5-day work week & a commitment to timely sign-out. At exactly 7:05pm entire office gets empty.

Dislikes

Had there been dislikes I would have not worked in the company for 7 long years, i had to leave when my husband relocated to the US and I had to move along with him.

Likes

The company offers really good work life balance along with job security. No targets as such and flexible working model along with other perks too. Regular RnR activities along with celebrations. Very lucrative incentive model. No office politics and seniors are very supportive and guide us at each and every point. They will really make sure that we grow in the system. Overall a great place to gain exposure. The only reason i left the organisation was for career growth.

- Great Work Life Balance No Late Sitting all. The whole office empties at sharp 7pm. - No Targets (this was rare in a recruitment firm, we did not have any targets, we were just expected to do our job well which meant we assisting in delivering profiles to our customers) - Good colleagues, who kept on assisting where we asked for assistance. - Excellent Incentive structure. - I left because I decided to pursue my masters, else would have never left the organisation.

Dislikes

- Each Colleague was driven towards doing their own work , because they made a lot of incentive, so no one talked on anything else but just focused on their own work. - The management celebrated anniversaries , birthdays, parties etc each month, so it required lot of hardwork to focus on the work which we had to deliver.
