...ee different staff in same docket and designation being paid different salary. This meant to me that there was no salary standardization thus maybe a moral killer to a colleague getting less than... Rvr got a comfort travel as compared got no blame on transport. Every organisation got it's politics based on his set up and type of employees.

Discrimination based on color. Job security being not at its peak.
