...are in good books of MD get promoted. There is no respect for Seniors at all. Salary raise is Put in Variable Pay and at the end of the year, they say your performance is not good and they dont give you good rating. No views from Seniors are considered. Only what MD says is to be heard.

CTC is quit good but your salary in hand is too low. Work culture is avarage. Growth is poor. There are no training sessions directly you have to start workin and self learning.

I've been working at RIECO for the last 3 years and started my professional journey with RIECO which helped me grow as a human & a professional with immense opportunities in sales & marketing. The work culture is great & the flexibility I get without micromanaging helped me figure things out on my own here.

Dislikes

There has been a lot of reorganizing & restructuring which does not let you settle down here. Management wants to experiment with the way the engineering practices & sales are done which eventually hurts ongoing projects & leads to the wrath of clients. The canteen service at Head office is excellent, but the quality goes down at another office location.

From joining observed Management is not good always unstable Important to be in MD good looks for promotions Favouritism culture is too much from Management, promotion is done irelevant of performance no transperancy New Management gives zero job security, can just fire at any time !! Salary increment is big drawback just seems okay in CTC but very low in hand !!

Manager praised me every time praise and did not correct me whenever and wherever needed and made me trust him and told me no one will be laid off and when during lay off didnot even say anything MC... Lay off anytime.. As Company going through a heavy loss ... One suggestion "Don't JOIN" you deserve better.
