Workplace politics. Salary is poor and not paid on time. Made to work like donkeys over 6 days without much appreciation. No system in place and company is struggling to cope with many legal cases. Very stressful work environment.

Recruitment strategy is utter worst and employee recognition is no where Functional heads super to boss and no others Corporate mindfulness is in words and not in implementing. There is a lot of strategic mismanagement at functional level

Grow from step by step requires lot of effort and providing employment and managing them requires persistence and effort but such management here understand their resources are one will be equally contributors and part of the organisation
