Dislikes

Don't west your petrol and time to go for an interview. 1) MD is full on confused while taking an interview 2) They are not clear that what they actually wants. 3) HR will aggressively call you to come for interview then they cant give answer. Atleast they should inform to the candidate is IN or OUT. But they dont have time for that 😀 4) Typical LALA company (Pedhi) type.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
