There are no Job Security, Company have forcing the Employee for Resignation without Notice Period and also Last month Salary not Give to the Employee
Dirty politics, indiscipline & Unfollowed management, salary never done on time,
Worst HR Policies, 10Hr Working Time, Mobile Not allowed in company, Company use Whatapps for communication portal Because in my dept. no
internet connection only one Jio-Phone available with Us, Poor work Management every time work come at end of the Day and always forcing me to Stay more time to complete task and also every time tell me to come office on week off, as a fresher I have get chance to work with company after 2 Year I was left with same salary So no career growth.
My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support form seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.
There is some system process it not good in office ( safety of outside tour )

Salary on time. Work pressure was less as compare to other companies which comes into SME. Staffs are cooperative, friendly & helpful. No official calls after working hours.
No extra perks or incentives, even though promises made by management in the starting of year. No appreciation after good performance. Career growth is too much less. The company revolves around family members. It's want to become like big corporate house but no corporate culture. Appraisal is very poor. The worst part is after leaving the job forget about the F&F settlement from company end. You have to take hell lot of follow ups but still the result will be the same.
