Unorganised, unsupportive Management, zero learning, salary deduction without any notice. Forget your hard earned bonus without any explanation. not a policy driven unit of RICO group. Two years of bond. Deduction on FnF will not be explained. Bunch of literate but illeterate deptt head.

.....Quality is unsafe job at least don't join manager and above....don't join ....don't come for salary only ...new people are either fired with in1 year or they will run by own.....Lala think quality person makes quality and only responsible for quality.....discipline is Zero.....no support from senior....they will make you responsible for everything .....every body saving there jobs .....Never ever join this Bawal plant. Unless you don't have job .

The company adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
