Compensation is decent ,but growth is very slow.the work is pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work Sunday to Sunday in a week and I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day .

... management are fully supported.company policies are good , appreciate are fair. And they give good salary hike and bonus every year and Indian festivals specially Diwali.

Senior management behaviour is not good.over work ,over time over production foreces duty time.weekly off time duty forces..On the job training is not given to new joiners.
