...o negligible, only training is good but on job practical it's way way different. If u wanna resign u have to losse some part of salary.. to many deductions, very long working hours.. very low or no employee value..

Richfeel is a lovely brand , products are very well design to modern type, the employee working in the company right from the top to normal work mate are very friendly and treat each other like a family member. Very good environment to work in .

...omes to conformation and growth of an employee , they don't pay attention to it. Take all their staff for granted, due to no proper salary n incentive staff are leaving. Even after telling the management there is no action or concern shown. So think twice before joining . As it shows that it's a palace but in actual u hv to build it with peanuts sal .

Everything All the franchise owners are cheaters.They give employment on false commitments then even they deduct salary for no reason even after overtime.worst corporate culture.lots of politics.

Very Pathetic tow Work. Not Paying Salary on Time. We all always kept on Dark in all aspects. No culture and Systems. Especially in the pandemic, they have not paid Salary for almost 5 months. Everyone in the Office from the Founder to Office Boys Office Assistance is driving the business. No Fundamental Ethics. Ashamed for working with this organization
