What I really like is the working environment. My colleagues were very warm and welcoming and helped me evolve as an Architect. Ar. Richard is a calm and very motivating person who pushes you towards your full potential. He assigns individual projects to everyone even to the trainees so you get a full exposure of how the entire work process gets done.
