Likes

Company even deduct your salary when you came late by 10-15min. Given the traffic scenario of gurugram, anybody can easily be late for work.

Dislikes

Company is managed by self centred person and everything revolves around him. He is practicing CA but held a post of CFO here. He won't allow you to take your leaves which are allowed to you.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
