Very worst work culture and huge presure and no week off, if you work there then you can't give time to your family even every day review meetings and seniors are behaves like Hitler, no training, no body will co-operate with you regarding product knowledge and top managements don't have any idea about Marketing and some seniors use slang languages if you don't achieve the target and if you ask them for ideas they will ask about the target so in my opinion don't join this company, if you want to finish your career then you can join.

At first day, i thought I will grow this institute. But after that I saw 90% employees are whimsical minded. No one wants to grow the institute. But I heard that Chairman sir are very good person and disciplined. But I think don't know the toxic culture in inside.

Dislikes

For new comer, I will suggests that please avoid in this company / Institutes. Terrible politics. Toxic culture. 80% employee lasted only 4 to 5 months.

Third grade fraudulent organisation where faculty payments are usurped,deserving ones are dropped,fiefdom run by scheduler and one ex-economics faculty currently incharge, legitimate dues are siphoned by company,harassed under external diktat

Third grade fraudulent organisations usurps faculty salaries. One Eco Faculty leaves to form another rival and then the rival outfit is broken and the ex-Faculty is brought in as Academic head.
