Overall Good MNC company to work with. Timely salary Timely appraisal Enough manpower Not much work pressure Lot to learn for every group employees

Not any highlighted thing as compare to other competitive companies. Where there is a work their will be some consequences. But nothing Mentionable.

The policies are people friendly. Salary on time. 5 days working..But if you are working on Saturday n Sunday there are no comp-off..

Dislikes

It looks dept head don't have experience and even general things are doing very first tym. No basis.. dept head thinking they are God and rest are slave..I don't know management is aware or not of this type of culture the dept head treating with fellows..too bad..

Likes

I have been given good time to settle down to understand my work and responsibilities. Exposure to every department, given me the essence of future growth.

Dislikes

Rare activities like sports, performance hike is equal for all and very minimal. No canteen facilities in manufacturing units and some units have but very bad food quality. Working hours is very unstable, almost 9-10 hours daily. No transportation allowance or facilities.

I worked their 4 month in GSS nothing i like about this company.

Top management is worst they don't take any stand for the middle level and lower level. Secondly their is policy of one day firing, in my short term I seen 4-5 one day firing. They have WFH policy but given to only favourite employees.

It seems that Management is concern for their employees.

In Jamshedpur location terrible people. Negative minded people. My reporting manager behaviour was so much ill nature. He is the sole responsible for all the negative things happening in that site. He is just passing his time.
