There is no proper management hierarchy in this company. Even for just two days of Work from Home, you need to get permission from the CEO. If that’s the case, then what is the purpose of having a Manager or Senior Manager? Moreover, if the CEO is visiting India, they won’t approve leave or WFH, even if you applied for it a month in advance. On the day of the visit, they will cancel all prior approvals, disregarding employees' plans and commitments. This not only shows a lack of proper delegation but also creates an unprofessional and inconvenient work environment.

Work environment, there is a new stage called as Implementation team.. Juniors or college freshers give task to developers and connect with client also without having good knowledge about how much time or how much effort would be required. Then they sit on developers head to finish the task quickly for this they are paid.
