The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and a global client base. Plus Point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Working culture and management are good. Overall you can learn a lot from the company, and the management also is very supportive.

Dislikes

Salary can be a bit higher than what they pay. Saturdays are working for the recruitment team even though company is 5 days working same as other MNC.

RGBSI is one of the worst company in my career. I never seen this kind of toxic manager and power less HR. This company never bother about employees and never asking employee issues. But they creating mental problems for us and if your in notice period they will treat like dihar jail. Don't expect any kind of benefits after notice period and before notice period also. This management never asking employee why put paper and even HR also. Only manager asking and whatever manager saying management and HR doing same thing.

If you have any urgency at home you can take work from home for 20-30 days and can work remotely.. There is no pressure on daily basis only you have to fulfill your targets till end of the month... There is no pressure to come to the office at strict time, it is flexible for 30 mins.

Dislikes

We have to mainly work as per US timings in B shift due to which you cannot plan to enjoy your evening life... Also company is not initiating any extra activities like outdoor games and official party... It is done once in a year only..

Specially top management like DR. Singh, Sheenoo, Ravi, Alok everyone is awesome and the nice people. Job security. Work life balance. Its one of my favourite company to work.

Dislikes

When you come to floor. It’s disgusting. Only because of few unskilled person on the floor company is going into negative direction. They want us to feel like we are slave not employees. Immediate point of contact is very important in any organisation. Management need to focus on these area.
