I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. there was one head with whom i have worked only for 2 months but she was amazing, really nice person to work with.now she has left the job there

Dislikes

Terrible working at Ranna gill, there's no job security, very bad working culture, no respect for the genuine hard working employees, company is all about gossip and politics, even few sunday's are working at times for no reason (by expanding the work to torture the employees)

It's a totally like one man army because it's Pvt. LTD. Company not public company .
