Professional management as I left company without any notice period as I selected in government Job. Just requested HR dept for immediate Left and they understand my situation and agree to relive in 2 days and clear my all dues only in 2 days. Professional review system for employee's performance.

Very leg pulling place, Politics level is very high, High pressure job, Feels like torture all time

Their is lot of politics and Decesion making is zero,Zero knowledge zero decison by head,Helper reporting is direct to management, Production Manager andGeneral Manager,Working culture is very very wrose,No system implementation as well as zero improvement from last 22 year
