Not a good work environment, over work, no hikes on salary, strict rules like school, most of the salary is in variable pay and they also don't pay proper variable pay, all the variable pay money they deduct and say they incurred loses

It's a small (around 100 people) but a very professionally run organisation. Management team comes with years of experience and are very mature. I you have an opinion it would be heard. The AI technology is at the center stage of the tech world, so great place to be at.

Sometimes the workhours are long - largely because of distributed team, but great opportunity to interact with global stakeholders - good for growth.

Likes

Great Company with a positive work culture and flexible timings. The managers are excellent, providing strong support and guidance. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and the Company is supportive in emergencies. Highly recommended for a balanced and rewarding work experience.

I have never seen a management like this , They hire for HR and treat them as a Housekeeping person , they ask HR to act as housekeeping person and ask to do all the Admin work. nothing to learn from this company. Worst Management and worst culture .

It being a startup, you can learn a lot here and quite quickly. Got a good balance when it came the kind of tasks I wanted to work on.

Workload can be very hectic sometimes stretching to long working hours.
