Best company for Employees and supportive management. Loved working days until I was employed. Operation Manager and H.R. are well experienced. Learned so many things with the company about the operation.

The Owners of the company are real human beings. They respect their employees, normally there is no firing until and unless some fraud is discovered. The HR department is really nice and supportive.

Not flexible in company policies. Still following old policies.

Rezayat Group has created and developed their own covid-19 action plan and its being fully implemented in Rezayat organizations also all the employees are being facilitate the required help Rezayat Group have created the internal audit plan and doing an audit as per weekly schedule. Rezayat have a so many reputed client and Rezayat Company is follow the client standards.

There is nothing wrong which i dislike All the things are ok

Almost collapse the system,also lot of guys covid +ve some even death,I to much worry for my health, I also file exit due to that reason.

Dislikes

No respect for staff, even accommodation are very bad...And in pandemic very difficult to be safe.
