Not even a single percent of job secuirty, CEO is too much arrogant,dosen't have manner to speak to girls, he misbehave with anyone at anytime, There is nothing to learn here apart from communication if you are IT Guy, this is not even a IT company, this is outsourcing company.

If you don't want to grow or learn anything then only join this company, this is not IT company, this is outsourcing firm. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE NO JOB SECURITY BELOW LOWER LEVEL MANAGEMENT NO OFFICE SPACE, NO PROPER INFRASTRUCTURE they just hire people and start playing big boss who will survive till next year, if you compare any company they will have the highest turnover rate.

There is nothing to like about this company, this company is full of fraud, they hire people and fire them without reason. They have only one Office in Sakinaka, Mumbai and the other is not physical entities. CEO Andrew is one of the biggest scams and along with the CFO Kumkum.Andrew used to misbehave with a female employee and Kumkum tries to protect him as a woman she was rubbish.She never stood for women empowerment. Please, never join this company, it will destroy your career.

Work Life is terrible,poor management, no job security, employee get fired anytime without notice period, company policies don't work as written on paper, it work according to owner mood if he likes the girl he will keep her or else will fire her
