Very low salary, promotions takes 6-7 years even for beginner level. Promotion is also dry promotion with just regular increment. Very high attrition rate. Salary very low acording to industry standards. This is a seperate leagal entity. Ie all HR related decisions happens in this plant rather than corporate.

Good work and fine but teammate are everage suportive .company ruls and regulations good but salary is not sufficent and no bonus .nodu cabs and no hike salary andre bonus for every year

At Bangalore location, no transparency, corruption , not a place for hard working, sincere, qualified, knowledgeable people. Lot of leg pulling.
