It has flexible working environment like Hybrid where there is flexibility of either working from home or office.Work Culture is good ,talent is encouraged.

Compensation and hike is not attractive and there is no planned learning phase.

Good learning atmosphere. New skills enhancement. Company culture is good

Dislikes

No work life balance very difficult. No Job security anytime anyone can be fired. 6 days working for industrial manufacturing areas, very difficult to manage 6 days working.

Actually all these thing totally depends on Manager… I personally felt that Great work life balance, No micro-management, employee centric policies.

Dislikes

At some point you may think that the job is quite boring, same repetitive task has to perform. Now Rexnord got separated (Regal Beloit and Zurn). So all the policies will be changed and affected for sure.

I have been working as an intern for 3 and half months now and the thing I like the most is their support to learn and the work environment they provide. Your growth, appraisal, everything depends on how you work. All my superiors are very supportive and mentor me to work better. There are trainings and workshops almost every month on topics related to the job, self- improvement, skill improvement etc.

Dislikes

I haven't worked for much time to say anything about what I dislike about the company.. So far I like to work at Rexnord.

it is entirely team work company, if u are flexible with time and easy adaptive to pressure situation then only you join.

Dislikes

individual appreciation is very rare. it all about your team ,doesn't matter how hard and effective you are.
