I shifted to Mumbai for my 6 months internship with Rexnord Electronics & Controls Ltd and company has helped me find an accommodation and they make sure of the safety. Company provided free lunch and travel by bus. I joined as an intern and got lot many things to learn from here. Now i got permanent on the roll of company in their R&D team. I wish to learn and grow with this company. Even i got an appraisal within 3 months after getting permanent.

Good company to work and joining process was done smoothly by the HR with all their support to employees. Management is good and supportive. Team members are helpful and polite. All the festival are celebrated with full entertainment and all this happens because management and HR puts all the efforts to keep the employees happy. I wish rexnord all the best in the coming years

No information share with collegues. and final decision will be from Only person director. And they keep hanging you till management don't go to some decision. And after that they change their decision any time...and not bother to update person who further working on same? In short management will leave you ambiguous for further work rather than solving your problem. And no inter-department communication and later management put all blame on purchase team.
