Dislikes

The management does not seem to value its employees, focusing more on those who flatter them rather than listening to honest feedback. If someone speaks the truth, it's not appreciated. The organization feels biased and often treats employees poorly. Processes are unnecessarily complicated, and the worst part is being required to work on Saturdays without any clear reason. There's so much more to say, but overall, I would not recommend working in such a toxic and stressful environment.
