Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Hardly anything, the compensation was poor. People were uninterested in learning anything new, the environment was very tense and morbid. The pace simply didn't feel like that of a startup. The leadership didn't have people that were willing to share and grow.

After receiving an offer letter from Affle (RevX was acquired by Affle), I resigned from my existing job. The onboarding process even began. However, I was informed on the day of joining that my offer was being rescinded.
