...and have decent performance. No micromanagement by the supervisor in most cases. Competitive salary package which is comparable to industry standards. Work environment is not too fast paced which makes it less stressful. You work with well educated and experienced professionals only. Very few freshers are hired. Company has come a long way when it comes to HR policies and employee benefits as what it was under PerkinElmer management. Lots of learning opportunities on their Skillsoft and LMS platforms and HR initiatives which help folks to unskill. Especially for those working in a job in IT, Management or Informatics and related fields.

Dislikes

Growth takes time and is generally slow due to long tenure of old employees. Salary increments are not above 10-13% which is not a bad thing, but don't expect large salary hikes. Learning on the job happens slow, but at its own time and pace which makes it difficult to work quantify your professional growth. But it's not as bad. Needs more bonuses and incentives.

Very encouraging team and supportive management Giving priority to candidates opinions & conducting training on new subjects & SOP’s & continuous training’s online based & certification these are the main activities required apart from daily duties delivering as a technician to grow both in career wise & improvise my working skills.

As per my experience I haven’t came any such thing as I dislike.

Excellent organization and culture.But salary hikes are not good .Good work life balance and provide hybrid working of 3 days office and 2 days from home .

Dislikes

Dont retain old employees,it take 5 years to get you promoted ,feel stagnant after 4-5 years.No onsite opportunities.SAP IT plantform is very old and no soon to be upgarded but good learning in terms of SAP support,enhancement and project .Employee can stay easly 3-4 years ,no micro management.
