Food and accommodation is good, incentive plan is good in sales. Every 6 months team outing is there. I have not completed much tenure here, but i feel for even an average performer like me they treat you well unlike other companies.

To be honest its a very competitive yet rewarding organization, people who deliver results are rewarded well, and non performers are busy putting bad reviews.

The Atmosphere and staff are cooperative and there's always room for Upskilling and Innovating. The organization supports new talents as well as a collaboration between experienced leaders and dynamic youngsters to yield a twin benefit of Job Satisfaction and Steady Professional Growth.

Communication between Higher management and employees for clarity especially regarding company policies could be better.
