The salary was the only thing which was good.

Dislikes

The management is a biggest problem. They dont listen to the problems you are facing and are cold hearted. Too much mental pressure to keep the job. Training is sub standard, it is just someone joining the meet and giving a speech without a care that was the information was understood or not.

The salary is pretty good compared to other companies relatively based for the customer support roles.

Dislikes

You have no job security. Getting a hike or promotion is totally based on your manager/TL, but again it's based on their liking towards you.

The only thing to like was the salary and the benefits, which I have heard is reduced very much in comparison to what was offered earlier

The work culture is terrible, the company expects you to be sharp in each and everything parameters, but in return no proper feedbacks or training programs are there, and no proper QA feedback is there as well, and at last nepotism is also there in some managers, I was on top 3 in my department for the last 30 days and some employees where just using loopholes to avoid work, where I was working with my due diligence and showing integrity towards my work, yet I was fired for just a mere 0.1 difference in parameter, I guess whatever happens is for the best

Very handsome pay. Allowances are also attractive (Night Shift Allowance, Over Time Pay, WFH IT Equipment Allowance, WFH Ergonomic Setup Allowance). Work life-balance is okay.

Dislikes

Strictly hire and fire company. Attrition rate is ridiculously high. Absolutely NO JOB SECURITY. Learning curve is quite steep and with the insufficinet time provided to get well versed in the process makes things worse. Vast process knowledge is required to carry out day to day tasks which is not possible to acquire within 3 months of probation. Training provided is okay as it only covers things from the surface, when in actual day to day work, in depth knowledge is required.
