You have no job security. Getting a hike or promotion is totally based on your manager/TL, but again it's based on their liking towards you.

The only thing to like was the salary and the benefits, which I have heard is reduced very much in comparison to what was offered earlier

The work culture is terrible, the company expects you to be sharp in each and everything parameters, but in return no proper feedbacks or training programs are there, and no proper QA feedback is there as well, and at last nepotism is also there in some managers, I was on top 3 in my department for the last 30 days and some employees where just using loopholes to avoid work, where I was working with my due diligence and showing integrity towards my work, yet I was fired for just a mere 0.1 difference in parameter, I guess whatever happens is for the best

No one here listen to the Indian employee and they exploit the team members in every way possible.. The HR will assure a fixed sat sun off and then will not reply to you once your are placed and are forced to work in a rotational sort of shifts

Terrible experience, too much micro management, targets are set which is humanly not possible to achieve. They play games based on probation irrespective you are performing better than 50% if they don’t like you they will throw you out not a good place especially for Indian employees despite you are performing well if any changes happens the first person to be layoff would be Indian workers. You don’t know when they will ask you to leave even you are performing well

No job security, they recently fired experienced employees and hired new ones with less pay, which shows their true incompetencies. Fully remote role, so you do not have access to reach out to people even in crisis.
